Directed by Gisaburō Sugii of "Street Fighter II." Screenplay by Kiyoshi Mizukami. Cinematography by Naoto Fujikura. Featuring the voice of Satsuki Yukino from "Macross 7: The Galaxy is Calling Me!" among others. This work was released as part of the "'99 Summer Toei Anime Fair."
