From January 3rd to December 26th, 1971, all 52 episodes were broadcast on Fuji TV's "Calpis Manga Theater" slot. In 1999, all 52 episodes were rebroadcast every Monday at 6:00 PM on NHK Satellite 2's Satellite Anime Theater. There was also a segment introducing illustrations drawn by viewers and works inspired by the anime.
