Tante Hilda, a nature lover, preserves thousands of plants from around the world in her botanical museum. Many of them are endangered. Meanwhile, a new grain called Attilem, developed by industrialists, requires so little water, no fertilizer, and yields such prodigious harvests that it appears to be the miracle solution to curb world hunger and replace oil as reserves dwindle.
