This is a short film shot with clay puppets, narrating the life philosophy of Harvie Krumpet, a person with Tourette syndrome. Although in the eyes of others, his life may seem filled with sorrow and misfortune, he is actually quite fortunate and happy. Harvie's outlook on life is built upon a series of "facts"—simple and unadorned yet brimming with the wisdom of life, allowing him to accept this complex and chaotic world with a clearer perspective. At the age of 18, the German invaders arrived, and his parents froze to death on their bicycles. He fled his homeland and escaped to Australia, making a living by handling garbage. Misfortune followed him like a shadow. Due to his frail health, he frequently visited the hospital, and once, an electric shock caused him to lose his testicles. Perhaps the days spent in the hospital were the happiest time of his life, as he fell in love with a nurse named Valerie. After marriage, since Harvie could not have children, the couple adopted a girl named Ruby. At the age of 65, Valerie's accidental death cast Harvie back onto the lonely boat of life. He aged rapidly and was diagnosed with dementia. After neighbors noticed he kept mistaking the microwave for an ATM, he was sent to a nursing home. There, he met a fellow patient named Hamish, and together they clowned around, entertaining themselves and others. Happiness is always fleeting—Harvie's condition worsened, swinging between mania and depression. After a failed suicide attempt and being rescued, a special woman entered his life, and he once again found a direction to live for...
