At the docks of a certain metropolis, the luxurious cruise ship Caribbean Queen is moored. Luggage lies scattered on the pier, waiting to be loaded on board. Just then, the noisy and troublesome rivals Tom and Jerry once again launch into their endless chase, going back and forth without pause. And at that very moment, Tom's gaze is captured by a beautiful and elegant little Persian cat. He halts his sprint, intently staring at the lovely creature not far away, completely oblivious even when Jerry sets his foot on fire. Moments later, the Persian cat follows its owner up the gangway, and Tom hurriedly gives chase, only to be kicked off by a fierce sailor. 　　Tom, who puts love above all else, refuses to give up. At the very last moment before the ship departs, he dashes aboard the cruise ship. Meanwhile, his old rival Jerry, unwilling to be left out, devises all sorts of schemes to sabotage Tom's romance...
