On this day, the little mouse Jerry receives a telegram from his uncle Pecos. His uncle, who lives in Texas, will be bringing his beloved guitar to Jerry's place to watch TV and stay for a short while. Jerry is overjoyed upon reading the telegram. Just then, a knock is heard at the door, and in walks his uncle wearing a cowboy hat, riding boots, and sporting two thick white mustaches. Without a word, he starts strumming and singing for his nephew. However, at the climax of the song, a string suddenly snaps. To Jerry's shock, his uncle walks into the room, plucks a whisker from the sleeping Tom's face, and uses it as a replacement string. Jerry tries everything to stop his uncle's crazy antics, but after several attempts, Tom becomes terrified of this fearless mouse uncle. He hides everywhere, yet he can never escape the fate of having his whiskers plucked. The arrival of Jerry's uncle is undoubtedly Tom's worst nightmare ever...
