In the romantic, leisurely, and picturesque port city of Naples, accompanied by the melodious sound of a ship's whistle, a luxurious cruise ship sails into the harbor. Tom pokes his head out of the porthole, happily gazing at the scenery of a foreign land. He quickly dresses up, puts on a brand-new hat, and picks up a cane meant to feign sophistication. Meanwhile, Jerry, who has come along, is also preparing to go ashore. Of course, even before the ship arrives, the two little ones have already begun a new round of rivalry. They chase each other from the ship to the shore, running through the streets and alleys of Naples, causing a series of troubles. Eventually, Jerry is cornered with nowhere to run, and Tom chases him with a frying pan. Just then, a little mouse on the street corner is awakened by the commotion.
