This film is an unauthorized, self-produced Taiwanese Doraemon movie that is now out of print. In the story, Nobita and Doraemon (Ding-Dang) are set as residents of Taiwan rather than Japan, and the style of the plot differs significantly from the original Doraemon series. Nobita and Doraemon (Ding-Dang) lead ordinary lives until one day, Nobita's father is laid off from the factory and loses his job, plunging the family into immediate financial hardship. Nobita and Doraemon investigate and discover that the robots named "Little All-Rounder," created by the eccentric Dr. Guai, are being widely adopted by corporations. Little All-Rounder robots work with high speed and accuracy, resulting in human workers being replaced by machines. Nobita and Doraemon use gadgets to slow down Little All-Rounder and cause it to make mistakes, leading entrepreneurs to dismiss the robots one after another. As a result, Nobita's father is able to return to his job. However, Dr. Guai, the creator of Little All-Rounder, is dissatisfied that his robots have not taken over all enterprises. He organizes a robot exhibition, intending for Little All-Rounder to be judged as the best among robots, thereby convincing entrepreneurs to adopt his creations. Nevertheless, Doraemon, who also participates in the competition, uses various gadgets to defeat Dr. Guai's robot and claim first place. Doraemon instantly becomes a celebrity, and Nobita, craving the spotlight, disguises himself as Doraemon to attract attention on the streets. Enraged, Dr. Guai modifies Little All-Rounder to resemble Doraemon and sends it out to commit mischief, causing Nobita, disguised as Doraemon, to be arrested by the police. The real Doraemon steps forward to expose the counterfeit robot. Later, Dr. Guai creates a giant mechanical beast named "Eagle King No. 1" to destroy the world. Doraemon discovers that the mechanical beast's weakness is a gem and travels back a thousand years to find it. Nobita and his friends join forces with the national army to confront Dr. Guai, and in the end, Doraemon returns just in time to defeat the mechanical beast.
