Five hundred years ago, a young monk saved a hairy monkey, taming it with love and kindness, yet ultimately died due to the evil thoughts harbored within the monkey's heart. Later, the hairy monkey grew into Sun Wukong, becoming a disciple of Tang Sanzang. As the pilgrimage passed through Thorn Ridge, the Six-Eared Macaque—born from those evil thoughts—became an obstacle between master and disciple. Sun Wukong overcame his inner demons, proving that goodness ultimately triumphs over evil.
