Big Gray is a wolf, handsome and arrogant, who dreams of becoming the leader of his pack. Old Ji is Big Gray's formidable rival, competing with him for the position of Wolf King. They decide to settle the matter through a duel. On the eve of the duel, Big Gray accidentally falls under a magic spell and transforms into a sheep. Forced to leave his wolf pack, he ends up living among a flock of sheep. Seizing an opportunity when the old Wolf King is off guard, Old Ji pushes him off a cliff and seizes the throne. When a little lamb wanders into the northern pasture and gets captured by the wolves, Big Gray rescues it. This act enrages Old Ji, who decides to launch an attack on the sheep flock. Upon learning of the impending wolf attack, Big Gray resolves to lead the sheep in resistance. While building defenses, Big Gray is discovered to have ties with the wolf pack, causing him to lose the trust of the flock. He is forced to leave the sheep alone. On his journey, he gets a chance to break the spell and turn back into a wolf, but at the same time, he learns that the wolf pack is about to attack the sheep. He gives up the chance to become a wolf again and resolutely returns to the flock, leading them to victory over the wolves. In the end, the two groups reach a peace agreement.
