Walter Beckett is a rookie CIA agent undergoing training in Washington D.C. His mission is simple: discreetly exchange a high-tech briefcase with a fellow agent. Walter maneuvers through the streets, highly alert, and successfully retrieves the case. As he sits on a park bench, eating a donut and opening the case, a pigeon flies over. The pigeon stares intently at the donut. Walter tries to shoo it away but accidentally traps the pigeon inside the case. The curious pigeon, wide-eyed, fiddles with the instruments inside, inadvertently turning the case into a terrifying weapon of destruction.
