The story of "Fu Wushu's Thirty-Six Stratagems" takes place in a fantastical world. There are three kingdoms: the Cat Kingdom, the Mouse Kingdom, and the Dog Kingdom. Originally a world of peace and harmony where all coexisted, the new Cat King (Xiaoqi Mao), driven by his own selfish desires, decides to annihilate the Mouse Kingdom and occupy the Dog Kingdom. Due to the weakness of the Mouse Kingdom's old king, the Mouse Kingdom gradually declines. Just as the Mouse Kingdom is on the brink of destruction, a brave and righteous mouse (Fu Fushu) steps forward with four friends—Ji Ji Shu, Xiang Xiang Shu, Ru Ru Shu, and Yi Yi Shu—thus setting the stage for a series of classic tales.
