1957, Paris, France. In a secluded alley under a drizzling rain, the renowned Swiss sculptor Alberto Giacometti is engaged in an arduous battle. His studio is in disarray, seemingly foretelling impending disaster. Alberto has hit a creative block, his life engulfed in immense suffering, as panic assaults him like a ferocious beast. Nights grow particularly terrifying, with cold, eerie sounds echoing endlessly through the house, while the death-like figure haunting his dreams bears a face identical to his own. In the final nine years of his life, he will undergo experiences beyond imagination... 　　This film is based on the last nine years of Alberto's life and has won the Jury Award for Best Animated Short at the 2003 Palm Springs International Short Film Festival and the Best Filmmaker Award at the 2003 San Diego Film Festival.
