Tijuana Taxi: A charter flight for an orchestra is about to depart, and with the performance on the verge of being missed, they hastily seek help from a nearby taxi driver. Confident and assured, the driver embarks on a chaotic, high-speed dash through the streets and alleys with the band in tow. This film is an animated accompaniment to two musical pieces by the 20th-century American pop band Herb Alpert & the Tijuana Brass, considered a prototype of the music video, and it won the Academy Award for Best Animated Short Film at the 39th Oscars.
