In the tranquil and peaceful Chuangtang Town, the highly anticipated Wish Festival is about to take place, and the townspeople are working together in full force for this grand celebration. Chuangtang Rabbit's father, Dr. Rabbit Fei, is an exceptionally intelligent and knowledgeable scholar. Previously, the doctor disappeared from the town along with the "Chuangtang Wheel" for certain reasons, greatly angering his grandfather, the town mayor. Since then, Dr. Rabbit and the "Chuangtang Wheel" have become taboo topics in the town.
