This film is a derivative story of Disney's 1955 animated classic "Lady and the Tramp." After the house dog Lady (voiced by Jodi Benson) and the stray dog Tramp (voiced by Jeff Bennett) overcome numerous obstacles to marry, they are both immersed in the joy brought by their children and troubled by their mischievous and troublemaking son, Scamp (voiced by Scott Wolf). Scamp, who despises all kinds of rules, is ashamed of being a house dog and yearns for a life of freedom. One day, after causing trouble, Scamp is tied up outside by his owners. Seizing the opportunity, he breaks free from the chain and runs away from home, beginning his carefree life. He encounters the sweet stray dog Angel (voiced by Alyssa Milano) and the unfriendly leader of the dog pack, Buster (voiced by Chazz Palminteri). To join the ranks of the stray dogs, Scamp must face the numerous challenges set by Buster. Torn between the call of family and the desire for freedom, and caught between two completely different lives, how will he choose?
