On a day of torrential downpour, Ukyo and Shampoo (voiced by Rei Sakuma) are successively ambushed by a mysterious dine-and-dasher, with the entire shopping street falling victim one after another. Ranma (voiced by Kappei Yamaguchi) initially thinks it's just an ordinary petty thief skipping out on bills, but soon discovers that even Ryoga (voiced by Koichi Yamadera) and Tatewaki Kuno (voiced by Hirotaka Suzuoki) have been attacked. The speed at which the perpetrator robs and devours meals leaves everyone astonished. Before long, Akane encounters the sisters Natsume and Kurumi, who turn out to be the notorious dine-and-dash thieves. The sisters have traveled across the country searching for their missing martial artist father. Soun Tendo happily takes them in, only to eventually discover that their father's name is "Soun Tendo"... Everything becomes shrouded in mystery...
