The sparkling starry sky suddenly and abnormally disappears—where have all the bright, twinkling stars gone? The Keroro Platoon launches investigation after investigation for this, finally receiving an SOS distress signal from a space alien named Kirara! The brilliant and "resourceful" leader, Sergeant Keroro, believes the abnormal phenomenon and the SOS are closely related. Therefore, he asks Kururu to use a planetarium-type teleportation machine to send everyone to the source of the SOS: Neptune! Can Keroro ultimately reclaim the starry sky?
