The timeline is set after the final episode of Healin' Good ♥ Pretty Cure. Nodoka and her friends come to Tokyo, where people can experience "Dream R"—which reflects their own dreams—by wearing "Dream Necklaces." During their visit, Nodoka and the others meet Kagaya, the princess of Dream R. However, a mysterious enemy suddenly appears, attempting to steal people's dreams. To protect Kagaya and everyone's dreams, the Healin' Good ♥ Pretty Cure team will join forces with members from Yes! Pretty Cure 5 to embark on a thrilling battle and grand adventure!
