Shin-chan has been living a thrilling yet peaceful life with the Nohara family for five years, like a rollercoaster ride. One day, a woman named Hitosumine Chiyome arrives at the Nohara household and tells Hiroshi and Misae, "Actually, I am Shin-chan's real mother." Standing beside her is a five-year-old boy named Chizō. Chiyome's words leave the Nohara family utterly confused, but they cannot simply turn her away, so they allow both of them to stay overnight. That night, a mysterious ninja army suddenly attacks the Nohara home! It turns out that Chiyome is a female ninja who has escaped from a hidden ninja village and is being pursued! The ninja army believes Shin-chan is her son, so they capture him as well... In the ninja village, there exists the "Earth's Navel," which seals the planet's energy. The Hitosumine family has guarded it for generations using the "Ghost Technique," plugging it with a pure gold stopper. If the stopper is removed, the Earth's energy will leak out, causing the planet to wither and cease its rotation, and the world will never see another tomorrow! The Nohara family, the Hitosumine family, and the members of the Kasukabe Defense Force will join forces to find a solution and welcome the next tomorrow that belongs to everyone.
