"Le Labyrinthe" is a work created in 1969 by the French abstract animation master Piotr Kamler. Born in Warsaw, Poland in 1936 and educated at the Paris Academy of Fine Arts, Kamler is one of the most important contemporary French experimental animation artists and surrealist decorative design masters. His works are renowned for their abstract imagery and highly conceptual themes, having twice won the Best Original Animation Award at the Annecy International Animated Film Festival in France. "Le Labyrinthe" is considered the most complex and difficult to understand among all his works. The music was composed by Bernard Parmegiani.
