The story follows Old Master Q and Big Potato as they apprentice under a martial arts master. The film depicts Old Master Q encountering a gang of troublemakers who challenge a martial arts expert, inspiring Old Master Q to seek apprenticeship. Unintentionally, Old Master Q, Big Potato, and Mr. Chin become involved in a robbery case, leading to many comedic and dramatic twists. In the end, they all emerge unscathed, while the robbers, of course, cannot escape the long arm of the law!
