The story of "Legend of the Dragon Vein" originates from the ancient, earth-shattering battle between Chi You and the Yan Huang emperors. Chi You led his eighty-one bronze-headed, iron-armed brothers to attack the agriculturally advanced tribe of Emperor Yan. Emperor Yan allied with Emperor Huang, who revered the dragon as his totem, and together they defeated Chi You. However, the Dragon Vein, which embodies the wisdom of the Chinese nation, was shattered in the war, breaking into countless fragments that scattered across another dimension. If the Dragon Vein cannot be restored, the Chinese nation will gradually decline due to the loss of its guardian wisdom. Dragon Beibei and Dragon Prince, a dragon sibling pair, are original cartoon characters in the anime. They are clever and brave, with Dragon Prince embodying many characteristics common among children of his age today. Entrusted by Emperor Huang, the siblings travel through a time tunnel, traversing thousands of years of Chinese history to seek out scientists who bear the sealed Dragon Vein fragments.
