Plus Electrification

"Plus Electrification" is executed with Disney-like animation by one of Soyuzmultfilm's leading directors of children's films. The film celebrates the USSR's drive to bring electricity to every town and village. It champions the tenet of Vladimir Lenin that electrification plus Soviet power [vlast] would lead to Communism. Electricity is dramatically shown uniting the economies of the USSR and Eastern Bloc countries through the production of consumer goods, such as Czech crystal and Hungarian buses.
