This series follows a small group led by Master Tang as they investigate a case of missing animals, delving into various areas of the zoo and interacting with different creatures. Xixing Zoo was originally a vibrant and lively place, home to many wonderful and fascinating animals. Master Tang, a zookeeper, along with his assistant Sha Xiaojing, is dedicated to caring for the animals. Their main charges include the straightforward Kongkong, the lazy yet adorable Bazai, and the unruly Aoxue. However, one day, animals begin to disappear from the zoo, prompting Detective Xiaoyu to arrive on the scene. Thus, Master Tang, his disciples, and Xiaoyu form a detective team to uncover the truth behind the disappearances throughout the zoo. Along the way, they (along with the audience) learn about the characteristics and habits of various animals, acquire a range of practical life skills and knowledge, and come to understand how humans, animals, and even animals among themselves can coexist in harmony and friendship.
