"Tico Winter Chapter" tells the story of two protagonists and their companions who, through mutual assistance and joint efforts, ultimately achieve their beautiful dreams. The alien young mage Tico, in order to save his homeland from crisis, secretly brings the Dragon Map to Earth to collect elemental spirits. However, due to various twists of fate, the Dragon Map is obtained by Xia Tian and recognizes him as its master, simultaneously releasing the spirits on Earth led by the 24 solar term spirits. From this, Tico forms an inseparable bond with Xia Tian. Starting with conflict and misunderstanding, the two become trusted friends through various experiences, working together to find and subdue the spirits. They make many friends and also face challenges from the Shadow Empire's Luo Xuan, encountering new obstacles and crises. New enemies and friends emerge one by one. In the end, with the help of friends and spirits, Xia Tian gains immense power, and together they resolve the crisis and save the world.
