JAM

The idea for this film came to me in 2008 when I attended the Ottawa International Animation Festival. After returning to Japan, I quickly began working on it and completed it four months later. The film is based on a very simple idea: the more sounds, the more life. I wanted to free myself from the frantic experience of creating "Gobble," which I was extremely dissatisfied with from a motion perspective. My intention with this film was to fill the screen with chaotic movement.
