The Little Prince, who loves interstellar travel, arrives at the Colorful Planet during one of his journeys. The Colorful Planet is inhabited by five mischievous and destructive evil spirits who thrive on causing trouble. They draw dark energy by feeding on people's negative emotions. From the Little Prince, they learn about an intriguing and mysterious planet in the universe—Earth. The Colorful Spirits immediately decide that Earth is the perfect place to carry out their grand scheme! They enchant the Little Prince and make their way to Earth, hiding in the tall television tower at the center of Blue Sea City, from where they monitor the entire city.
When the Little Prince awakens and rushes to Earth, he discovers that the Colorful Spirits are attempting to control humans burdened by negative emotions. By manipulating them, the spirits cause various forms of destruction to harvest dark energy. To stop the Colorful Spirits and save humanity, the Little Prince uses the "Heart of Courage," which possesses the power of the earth, to transform an ordinary potato into a super-powered human. The Little Prince also befriends an Earth girl named Jasmine, and the three form a team to begin their battle against the Colorful Spirits.
