The Children's Art Exhibition has opened. Suddenly, a black car arrives, and out step two oddly shaped cartoon characters—"Hat" and "Stick" adults. As their names suggest, these two are experts at causing trouble. Sure enough, as soon as they step into the exhibition hall and see the displayed works, they become extremely irritated and immediately begin to wreak havoc—some paintings are marked with an "X," some are kicked to the ground, some are flipped over... Every piece in the exhibition hall falls victim to the fierce attacks of "Hat" and "Stick," with none spared. As a result, they seal off the exhibition, forbidding any visitors. Shortly after, the two adults report their "achievements" to their superiors over the phone. In the dead of night, the exhibition hall suddenly comes alive. The characters and animals in the paintings begin to move on their own. They take matters into their own hands, using their unique skills to restore all the artworks in the exhibition hall to their original state. At this moment, a villain from one of the paintings, taking advantage of everyone's inattention, sneaks out of the hall and goes to the office to inform the two adults. When "Hat" and "Stick" rush back to the exhibition hall upon hearing the news, they are utterly astonished, for the characters in the paintings have long been prepared. They engage in a fierce battle with "Hat" and "Stick." United as one, the painted characters thoroughly defeat the two villains, who ultimately meet their demise in an explosive blast. The night passes, and a new day arrives. The Children's Art Exhibition reopens, and the young visitors are even more delighted than before.
