This anime is a Korean adaptation of the Taiwanese comic "Zhezhi Zhanshi" (Paper Warrior), co-produced by Japan, Korea, and Taiwan. However, aside from referencing the original comic's characters and system concepts, the story bears no connection or resemblance to the comic version. It aired in Japan under the title "Seiten Origami Warriors Drafarard." The story is set in an era where a game called "Origami Battles" is popular. Participants must use paper specified by the tournament to fold creations, which are then used to battle via holographic creatures. The strength of these holographic beings depends entirely on the summoner's origami skills. However, beyond these holographic battle games, there exists an ancient legacy of origami. Unlike ordinary origami, these special pieces are embedded with intricate circuits, allowing the summoner to fold and summon virtually anything (item origami). There is also another type that summons spirits, which can only be activated through specific origami folds. One day, a boy named Wang Zhizhe loses an Origami Battle and returns home. That night, a young man named "Daguo" arrives at Zhizhe's house carrying a secret origami manual. Soon after, an assassin from the "Origami Alliance" organization appears, summoning a "Black Wolf Origami Beast" to destroy Zhizhe's home and hunt down Daguo. However, due to his injuries, Daguo can only summon the lowest-level "Brown Wolf Origami Beast" to fight. Facing the Black Wolf, Daguo is steadily overpowered. Just as the Black Wolf is about to deliver the final blow, Zhizhe unexpectedly summons the legendary "Golden Dragon"...
