In the dark night of Gotham City, a new Halloween arrives. Yet, on such a peaceful evening, Silver Banshee (voiced by Kari Wuhrer) breaks Solomon Grundy out of prison, causing chaos in the bustling streets of the downtown area. In this critical moment, Batman (voiced by Roger Craig Smith), Green Arrow (voiced by Chris Diamantopoulos), and other heroes appear, temporarily quelling the crisis. Following this, Scarecrow and Clayface join the previous two villains in making their appearances, all orchestrated by the cunning and evil mastermind, the Joker (played by Troy Baker).
