This art film is a puppet animation. 　　The puppy Pangpang, being too young, has always been kept indoors by its owner and has never been outside. One day, tempted by the beautiful flowers and spinning windmills in the fields, it breaks free from its cloth leash and runs out of the house. As soon as it steps outside, it is drawn by a "meow" sound and becomes curious to find out who made the noise. However, after asking around—ducks, roosters, big dogs, mice, and sheep all shake their heads in confusion. Just as Pangpang is puzzled, a cat that is afraid of it lets out a "meow."
