猴龟分树

A banana tree was uprooted by a storm and washed ashore by a mountain flood. A turtle discovered it and called a monkey to help carry the tree back. Seeing the bananas, the monkey wanted to eat them and proposed to split the tree with the turtle. The turtle advised the monkey to wait until the tree grew bigger before dividing it. The monkey refused, chopped the tree in half with an axe, and carried away the part with the bananas. The turtle had no choice but to take the part with the roots back and plant it, tending to it with great care.
