This is a new type of artistic film that combines animation and paper-cutting, centered around the successful development of reactive dyes in our country.
Several cloth dolls, whose colors keep fading and cannot withstand water or sunlight, go to ask an old painter to dye them with colorfast hues. However, the response they receive is: colors will always fade a little—nothing to make a fuss about. Later, thanks to the dedication and hard work of the workers, various reactive pigments are successfully developed, allowing the cloth dolls to change into new outfits. These colors are not only vibrant but also resistant to water and sunlight. The cloth dolls maintain their beautiful and dazzling appearance all along, convincing even the conservative old painter.
Amid the cheers of the crowd, the various reactive dyes happily board a plane to participate in an international dye exhibition abroad.
