過橋

While the band composed of Little Bear, Little Monkey, Little Giraffe, and Red Fox was performing by the small river in the forest, a little bird informed them that there was a peach tree on the island in the river, laden with big, juicy peaches. The friends took a closer look, and indeed, the peaches on the tree looked incredibly tempting, but there was no bridge across the river! The little bird and Little Monkey tried to reach the peaches without crossing the river, but they failed. 　　Little Monkey came up with the idea of building a bridge out of bamboo to cross the river. Everyone began working together to cut bamboo, except for the fox, who hid away and slept. After the bridge was built, the fox found a way to sneak onto the island and eat all the peaches by itself. However, after filling itself with peaches, it realized it couldn’t get back to the shore either. When it begged the others for help, they decided to teach it a lesson.
