This is an old house permeated with a long history, its walls covered with photographs, and the light on the ceiling flickering, requiring several attempts to turn on. The owner, Mr. Hublot, wearing a precise instrument on his head, pushes open the balcony door, only to find himself facing a massive, cumbersome yet intricate mechanical world with a strong steampunk aesthetic. Even the flowers on the windowsill and the dogs on the street are products of industrialization. Mr. Hublot clings to his house, completing all his work and life within its small confines. However, his peaceful and monotonous life is disrupted by a mechanical dog, which curls up on the street corner, timid and helpless. For two consecutive days, Mr. Hublot is drawn to the sound of the puppy. As the dog is about to be destroyed by a garbage truck, this man who fears stepping outside decides to muster the courage to rush out...
