The anime primarily follows the spaceship SEER as it accidentally enters an inverted world while en route to the Draco constellation. In this inverted world, the spirit Kudilac steals the Qiankun Ring from the Three Towers, causing everything to be reversed and plunging the SEER into an unprecedented crisis. To resolve this, interstellar explorers Saixiaoxi, Atieda, and Kalulu embark on a perilous journey. Gradually, they discover that the ring is connected to the complex恩怨 between谱尼, Suolunsen, and Kudilac... However, through their efforts, the ring is successfully retrieved, the inverted world is restored to normal, and the SEER continues its journey toward the Draco constellation. Upon arriving at the Draco constellation, the SEER docks on Dragon Eye Star for rest and repairs. At this time, the thunder dragons Harvey and Beiya are performing the "Dragon Soaring to the Nine Heavens" rain ceremony on Dragon Eye Star, aiming to transform auspicious clouds into nourishing rain to nurture the land and all living beings. However, during the ceremony, the space pirate Dean kidnaps the thunder dragon Harvey, and their child, the young dragon Enni, accidentally falls into a dangerous sinkhole! Without the rain's nourishment, Dragon Eye Star's environment quickly deteriorates. In this critical moment, Saixiaoxi and his team venture deep into the sinkhole to rescue Enni. Ultimately, with Enni's awakening, they resolve the environmental crisis on Dragon Eye Star. The SEER then sets off once again, heading toward its next destination—the Ursa Major constellation.
