A mysterious organization known as Humarise, which advocates the ideology of ≪Quirk Doomsday Theory≫—the belief that the increasingly intermixed "Quirks" over generations will lead to the end of human history—and refers to "Quirks" as a "disease," aims to eradicate all Quirk users worldwide. To save people from the bombs known as <Idio-Trigger Bombs>, which forcibly cause Quirks to go out of control and lead to destruction, planted by Humarise in countries around the world, professional heroes from across the globe and the U.A. High School Hero Course students interning under them have been summoned to form a world-selected hero team. They have been tasked with recovering the bombs in various locations.
