In the Klondike region of northern Canada, it is a bitterly cold season with howling north winds and swirling snowstorms. Yet inside a local tavern, the atmosphere is filled with joy and liveliness. The tavern is packed with locals and visitors from all directions, who laugh heartily, sing with abandon, drink generously, and dance passionately, savoring every moment of this fleeting happiness. In one corner of the tavern, Mickey (voiced by Walt Disney) enthusiastically plays the piano, with large mugs of beer swaying on top of the instrument as if dancing along. As the song ends, Mickey happily accepts the patrons' praise and monetary gifts, when suddenly he notices a frail figure outside the window—it is poor Minnie (voiced by Marcellite Garner), shivering from cold and hunger, looking utterly pitiful. Mickey brings her inside, wraps her in a blanket, and offers her delicious food. Just then, the bandit Pete bursts in, leading to a fierce gunfight with the crowd...
