The new girl, Trinity, moves in across from the mysterious neighbor, Mr. Peterson. She teams up with Nicky Roth and his more timid friends (the "Rescue Squad"/"Inventors Club") to carry out a series of thrilling infiltration missions, attempting to uncover the terrifying secret hidden in the basement of Peterson's house of horrors.
