In the city of Stona, magical puppets animated by mana are everywhere. Here, two counts, Haiken and Granio, are vying for control of the town. Thus, the two reach an agreement to settle everything through a puppet duel. Raya, an unfortunate girl born into a family of puppet artisans, is troubled by the discord between her father and brother. Her father and brother also inexplicably get caught up in this struggle for city leadership and even end up creating puppets of Lina and Naga! Will the true future and peace of Stona City ever arrive? 　　 At the end, after having her coins stolen, Lina uses "Dynast Blast" to retrieve them.
