Kei and Yuri are rookie trouble consultants (commonly known as "Trouble Consultants") for the WWWA (World Welfare Work Association), which resolves all kinds of troubles, and their codename is Lovely Angel. However, due to their destructive work style, they earned the nickname "Dirty Pair." Kei, who is manly and straightforward, and Yuri, who claims to be a graceful maiden, possess completely opposite personalities. Though they sometimes clash, they also join forces to solve difficult cases. 　Kei and Yuri have returned to their usual duties as Trouble Consultants. They take on various missions, such as confronting a beautiful assassin and undergoing special training to win a beach volleyball tournament.
