The latter half of a two-part animated film adaptation of the manga of the same name by Inio Asano, depicting girls enjoying their youth in a world where invaders from outer space have blended into everyday life. Having passed their entrance exams, Kadode and Ouran begin attending the same university as Ai and Rin, making new friends like Futaba Takemoto and Makoto Tainuma, and join the Occult Research Club, headed by senior Oshiro. Meanwhile, invaders from space are being sighted across Tokyo, and the Self-Defense Forces are carrying out extermination operations. The mothership in the sky tilts, smoke billowing from it, while the radical group "Seikyoto," aiming to overthrow the government by hunting invaders, also operates in the shadows. As the countdown to the world's end begins, Ouran encounters the mysterious boy, Oba, once again. Singer-songwriter Lilas Ikuta, also active as the vocalist of the music unit "YOASOBI," voices Kadode, while singer and talent Ano voices Ouran. Additionally, actor Naoto Takenaka, who directed the film "Reiraku" based on Inio Asano's original work, makes a special guest appearance as the voice of the "Invader Chairman."
