Nissin Foods' "Nissin Donbei" "Don Kitsune" anime commercial series fourth installment, "Too Honest Tail Chapter," was released on February 16. For this work, character design is handled by Yoshiyuki Sadamoto, known for works such as "Neon Genesis Evangelion" and "Summer Wars," with Inori Minase voicing "Don Kitsune" and Nobunaga Shimazaki voicing the "Glasses-Wearing Male Student." The "Donbei" TV commercial series, which started last year, features the familiar Don Kitsune and the glasses-wearing young man animated in new stories. The setting for this work is a school. Don Kitsune, who comes to the school rooftop, spots his classmate, the glasses-wearing male student, eating "Nissin Donbei." Seeing the male student eating only the noodles, Don Kitsune sulks, "Why only the noodles... Did you start disliking kitsune?" The male student then shows the "fried tofu" in the cup, saying, "I save my favorite part for last." Upon hearing the words "my favorite," Don Kitsune's cheeks flush red, and his tail wags from side to side... That is the story.
