The adapted anime is a short CG animation approximately 10 minutes long, airing on NHK Educational Channel every Thursday and Friday from 7:15 to 7:25 AM, starting April 5. The narration is provided by popular actress Tomoyo Harada. "N.Y. Salad" is one of Yoshitaka Amano's latest series, centered around prints and picture books, featuring a lively cast of anthropomorphized vegetable fairies. These characters are not only adorable but also brimming with Amano's unique design style, having gained great popularity since their debut.
