The 10th Lupin III television special, broadcast in 1998. This time, Lupin's target is two glass photographic plates belonging to Tokugawa Yoshinobu, said to detail the location of the Tokugawa family treasure valued at 200 billion yen. The story unfolds at the newly opened Aquapolis, a comprehensive entertainment facility in Tokyo. However, Jigen is suffering from a toothache, and Goemon has had his Zantetsuken stolen, rendering both of them nearly useless. Forced to operate almost alone, Lupin soon uncovers the terrifying true identity of Michael Suzuki, the president of Aquapolis and owner of the plates. The highlight of this special is the clairvoyant, Isshiki Maria, whose powers are tied to Aquapolis's secret, and the active role of Inspector Zenigata, who works alongside her. This is a must-see episode for Zenigata fans, featuring a very cool version of the Inspector. Additionally, Yuji Ohno, the series' composer, makes a brief guest appearance.
