Bravest Warriors is an American web animated series created by Pendleton Ward (the creator of Adventure Time). The series is written and directed by Breehn Burns, produced by Frederator Studios, and aired on the Cartoon Hangover channel on YouTube. Executive producers include Fred Seibert from Frederator Studios, Breehn Burns, Will McRobb, and Chris Viscardi. Most episodes are rated TV-PG, with a small portion rated TV-14. Set in the year 3085, the story follows four teenage bounty-heroes as they traverse the universe, using their emotional energy to save adorable alien creatures and their planets. The series premiered on YouTube's Cartoon Hangover on November 8, 2012. It is adapted from a short film released by Frederator Studios on January 10, 2009. The series won the Best Short Film award for Best Web Series in 2013.
