Guan Chaosheng, a young man from Chaozhou who has always been looked down upon, unexpectedly gets involved in an incident where the Five Tigers of Yingge fight against coastal pirates. To protect his homeland, he goes through numerous twists and turns to find and gather the Five Tigers. In the process, he comes to understand the true spirit of Yingge and ultimately leads the people to unite and defeat the powerful coastal pirates.
