This film recounts the various extraordinary encounters of Shen Gongbao since becoming an apprentice deity. Due to the prejudices between immortals and demons, Shen Gongbao is falsely accused of being the murderer of the mountain god. In the end, Shen Gongbao proves his innocence and achieves reconciliation between immortals and demons. Good and evil are not determined by one's origins; one should embrace all things with an open heart and act in accordance with the righteous path of heaven and earth.
