In a Distant Land Set against the backdrop of the "Two Bombs, One Satellite" project, this film intertwines the perspectives of children and animals to portray the dedication of nuclear industry workers in the 1950s: Przewalski's gazelle Moji accidentally crosses into a "restricted zone," where he witnesses the sacrifices made by scientist Luo Renping and his family for China's nuclear weapons research. Through his encounters with humans, Moji learns the wisdom and courage needed to confront wolf packs.
